LesionOne is a lesion tracking application software framework that can provide advanced tools to assist clinicians in diagnosis, staging, treatment planning and monitoring tumor progression or response to treatment using sequential radiology imaging studies. The framework provides toolkits for quantitative measurements, which can be used to evaluate and track changes in measurable cancer lesions over as many time-points as needed. The framework offers an efficient spatial and temporal navigation workflow for marking and measuring target objects automatically or semi-automatically using computer-aided segmentation techniques. The marking and measurement reports can be exported for further analysis using third party software, such as, spreadsheet or other statistical analysis tools.
