  • navigate to our self-service portal, which allows entry of a new ticket, review of open tickets, and access to knowledge base articles.
  • sending an email to support@threepalmsoft.com.
  • sending a WhatsApp message to Three Palm Software – this can be achieved by clicking the messaging logo which is floating at the lower right edge of our support pages.
  • sending a direct message to Three Palm Software via our Facebook page.
